Your contribution:

• You are responsible for advising the management and the group's central functions on Real Estate-related issues
• Analyse our Real Estate portfolio , identify optimization opportunities, and develop optimization strategies (costs, values, risks, etc.)
• Develop, drive, and track global Real Estate-related projects across our markets and ensure delivery against financial and other targets (such as our Global Lease Buy-Out Program)
• Develop, implement and coordinate further asset strategies, projects and processes in relation to our Real Estate portfolio and relevant landlords in alignment with the local Real Estate leads
• Perform relevant group-wide governance function for the Real Estate portfolio as required
• Determine Real Estate requirements of our core business

What makes you stand out:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the Real Estate environment is required
• An university degree in Business Administration or a comparable degree with Real Estate reference
• Experience in corporate Real Estate management or portfolio management is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills and the willingness to travel
• Excellent knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written, additional language skills are a must
