We are looking for aHead of Customer Engagement

Location can be either in Germany or in Netherlands

As the Global Head of Customer Engagement, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer (clients & candidates) experience, nurturing customer relationships and driving engagement across our global customer base.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing customer-centric growth strategies and executing global initiatives that drive business growth with the short-term focus on increasing ABM (Account Based Marketing) ROI to expand the functions scope into other key areas of Customer Marketing.

  • In the matrix organization, collaborate with global and regional sales & marketing teams to develop and execute a Customer Engagement strategy
  • identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers. Develop targeted campaigns and strategies to maximize revenue from the current customer base.
  • Collect, analyse, and act upon customer feedback and insights to drive improvements in touch-points, service, and the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure that Customer Engagement efforts maintain consistency and guideline compliance in messaging, branding, and strategies across all regions and markets.
  • Following the increasing ROI of Global Customer Marketing, build, lead, develop and manage the Customer Engagement team consisting of a Global Customer Lifecycle & Insights Marketing Manager and the Regional Customer Engagement Managers.

Personal Specification

  • Hands-On Mentality
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth or customer focused marketing with a proven track record of success in a global environment and in ROI producing Customer Engagement
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a good business environment
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global sales environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal teams and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience in Customer Engagement, customer success, or a similar role, preferably in a global context.
  • Proficiency in digital engagement strategies and tools, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
