What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Assistant , you would be responsible for serving Food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Answer the service request line for take out/ pick up orders
- Take guest Food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver Food and Beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
- Maintain the area. Ensure that the area is clean and organized at all times. Including but not limited to sweeping the floor and wiping counters.
- Retrieving food from the kitchen once ready.
- Delivering orders to rooms or to guests that pick up
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards for each station and all guest service areas including seating areas where guests may consume F&B
- Other duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and as requested by supervisor
- Cleaning all the floor landings
- Amenities delivery and retrival
- Restocking Beverage Fridge and Supplies
