As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Xiamen, China, you will be responsible for supporting monthly financial report package preparation in closing period, consolidate and analyse financial data to track and assess performance against targets and benchmarks.

Senior Finance Manager
Your responsibilities
- Communicating to business on performance results and implications of presented reports
- Providing business analytical services and support business decisions and actions by profitability analysis, cost & expense analysis of different dimension
- Providing other management, operation performance KPI and ad-hoc reports and analysis based on business requirements
- Conducting balance sheet review and valuation in general bad debt, warranty provisions, accrued /pre-paid expenses etc, supporting cash generation and NWC improvement by AR, AP, Inventory analysis
- Facilitating budgeting and forecasting process by communicating guidelines, timetables and templates
- Benchmarking of processes, tools, and solutions in order to further optimize and standardize controlling activities
- Optimizing own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements
- Ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and business requirements and maintaining proper audit trail and documentation for future internal & external audits and reviews
Your background
- Must have a bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in similar role, experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Experience in SAP and data analytical tools such as PowerBI preferred
- Excellent skill on MS Excel, Powerpoint
- English proficiency in speaking and written
- Good communication skills
