Finance Operations Analyst (M/F/X)

Your Department - Finance

We are currently looking for someone to support the Head of Finance with a diverse range of finance accountabilities, and ensures that Zastrpay can execute its strategy and make informed decisions. Within this role, one will be responsible for providing reporting, treasury and accounting support. Will you be our next Finance Operations Analyst (m/f/x)?

Your Role

Some of the tasks you will be doing:

• Daily reconciliation of payment transaction data within the accounting system.
• Daily posting of bank statements/bank reconciliation.
• Weekly partner settlement and monthly billing.
• Ongoing update and monitoring of outstanding receivables, including sending reminders.
• Communicate effectively with Acceptance Partner and Merchants.
• Daily determination and processing the safeguarding of customer funds.
• Documentation of finance processes.
• Perform ad hoc administrative and reporting tasks as might be required.

You will be a good fit if:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar finance related subject or Fully qualified Accountant/ACCA.
• You hold prior working experience in a similar and broad finance role across different jurisdictions.
• At least 3 years’ experience in financial accounting or accounts receivable management.

It would be great if you have any of the following:

• Prior experience in the payments industry.
• Knowledge in German language would be considered as a plus.
