Finance Controlling Business Analyst (m/f/d) 80 - 100%We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
As Finance Controlling Business Analyst you will be supporting efficiency improvements and process excellence in Finance & Backoffice operations at Group level as part of Schindler’s Center of Expertise (CoE) in Madrid.
Your key challenges and tasks will include:
Month end closing support for designated group companies of different sizes and complexity which is a great opportunity to acquire deep understanding of the processes.
Detailed reporting of Balance sheet, P&L statement and a series of management accounting forms to the Group Reporting Tool.
Monthly reconciliation of key balance sheet and P&L accounts, support in identifying differences and implementing solutions and corrections in the system.
Perform list of preclosing checks to ensure smooth month end close
AD HOC reporting for zone management and global controlling
Supporting continuous business process improvements at Group level

Further requirements include:
Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance / Economics/ Business Administration
Proven experience in financial management
Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO modules in a global system environment
Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
Ability to work in an international environment and availability for international travel
Proficient level of English, Spanish and other languages are a plus
