Strategy

• Active support of the CFO in the development of strategies and concepts
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
• Assist in the formulation and execution of financial strategies and objectives
• Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks based on in-depth data analytics to guide strategic financial decisions

Organization and Meetings

• Preparation of external and internal meetings, including presentation and key stakeholder communication

Project Management

• Lead and oversee strategic projects with a focus on achieving results
• Collect information and allocate tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise
• Maintain a transparent and effective communication channel for sharing project status and results
• Proactively follow up on deadlines, employing a diplomatic and assertive approach
• Collaborate with project members to address challenges and facilitate a smooth workflow

Presentation & Communication

• Showcase your creativity and attention to detail in crafting compelling presentations on diverse topics, prepare tables and reports all aligning with the high standards of our organization
• Prepare communication templates and texts for the CFO
• Facilitate effective communication between the CFO and various internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between the CFO and other departments, fostering collaboration

• Strong business acumen with a high performing results orientated outlook
• Completed business or professional studies or with an outstanding performance record including data analytics focus
• 5+ years of work experience
• Organizational talent, independent, and responsible
• Strategical and analytical thinking
• Quick comprehension, integrity, and trustworthiness
• Diplomatic, confident, and representative demeanor
• Resilience and confident handling of deadline pressure
• Advanced proficiency in English and German
