We are looking for a new Executive Assistant to help coordinate projects and drive strategic initiatives within the AzP Austria & SEE countries while serving as the communication interface to various internal and external stakeholders.

What you do
- Provide support to the CEO AT&SEE in all areas of responsibility as required
- Draft and prepare relevant communications documents, including, e.g. presentations, internal communications, decision proposals
- Support local top management in budgeting/planning process, tracking & analysing of Financials & Sales Revenues
- Ensuring an effective and efficient execution of various projects and strategic initiatives
- Responsible for clear internal rules & definitions of governance processes
- Managing physical meetings and web conferences / events, including preparation of agendas, and recording, distribution and follow up of actions
- Qualitative preparation of various decisional forums in alignment with local top management
- Steering & organisation of audit & compliance requests in alignment with local top management
- Preparation for internal communication & guidelines from local CEO Office.
What you bring
- Capable in dealing with Board / Senior Management
- Very good communication skills, precise written skills and an eye for detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player, commitment and cooperation
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
- Fluency in German and English is required
- Ability to work autonomously
- High level of confidentiality

For this position we offer a yearly gross salary of € 65.000. Overpayment depending on experience and qualification.
