• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet project objectives and deadlines.

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to ensure best practices in C#.NET development.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study

• 5+ years of management experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with C#.NET development
