Engineering Finance (M/W/D) - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

This role specificallyis within the Engineering Finance team, which workswith Engineering and Supply Chain to:

• Track,report, and proactively manage profit improvement (e.g. design proposals,supply chain initiatives) on existing vehicles
• Evaluateregional sourcing strategy and cost reduction efforts in partnership withSupply Chain
• Manageregional R&D investments/planning for Engineering (e.g. return on investmentanalyses for new technology development, resource planning, etc.) and developassociated forecasts

• Evidenceof exceptional ability, especially within an ambiguous environment
• Bachelor'sDegree in Business, or equivalent
• Abilityto read and interpret financial statements recommended
• Quantitativedegrees are a plus
• Demonstratedsuccess driving tangible impact / influencing within a broader organization
• Excellentanalytical skills (e.g. Microsoft Office applications, financial modeling,etc.)
• Strongwritten and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior businessleaders
• Highlycollaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects
