CustomerService Analyst Secondment (28530)

  • Salary: £24,495 per annum
  • Region: Watford
  • Job Type/Function: Admin & Customer Service
  • Contract Type: Full time – 6 Months Secondment

The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Extract Reporting - Collation of Planning / Due Date / Volumes expected to PC
  • KPI Reporting - Collection / Delivery / Fail / Vendor Calls
  • Booking Slot Checks - check Planning vs TJX allocation, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Query Resolution - On Site escalations / POC & POD challenges / Vendor Queries
  • Adhoc Charges / Finance Queries - to ensure charges are logged and confirmed for adhoc activities / investigate any Invoice discrepancies and resolve

Now, here's what we need from you:

  • Experience in Customer Services, ideally with a Retail customer.
  • Previous administrative experience desirable
  • Customer relationship/service experience
  • Good Knowledge of Excel
  • Dealing face to face with Stakeholders
