Project Management. You will be responsible for managing and supporting strategic projects within our three pillars of business excellence (international expansion, internal excellence as well as management support and communication). In addition to the project definition and organization, your tasks also include regular reporting on implementation progress and coordinating the numerous interfaces. You will ensure the quality of our project processes by establishing uniform standards - at national and international level.

Stakeholder Management. As part of the Business Excellence team, you will act as an interface between department heads, managing directors and INVERTO's top management and work closely with them. You will report and work directly with the Head of Business Excellence.

Strategic Corporate Development. You will create qualitative and quantitative analyses and prepare the corresponding basis for decision-making for departments and our Management Board. In addition, you will support the development of strategic topics and use your expertise to ensure that our projects deliver the greatest possible benefit for everyone involved.

VERY IMPORTANT FOR US.

You have successfully completed your master’s degree in economics or business administration and have at least 5-7 years of professional experience in a demanding project management role in a consulting environment, in which you have gained not only operational but also strategic know-how.

You are an expert in the field of project management and strategic thinking and are used to a demanding, international and dynamic environment.

You understand holistic processes and know how to act in a structured and systematic way. You want to use your analytical and conceptual skills for the strategic development of a rapidly growing company and be an important part of our success story.

Confident appearance in an international environment, excellent communication skills in German and English, flexibility and mobility.
