What you will do:

• Support Trusted Leadership in Insurance Operations and Technology: You will play a key role in our Insurance practice, offering functional knowledge and tools, supporting senior leaders in client situations.
• Drive Impact for our clients: Assist in managing transformation projects to deliver substantial client value, using ALAIKA's proven methodologies and expertise.
• Client relationships & engagements: Build and nurture client relationships while ensuring work of the highest quality. Support senior leaders in client engagements.
• Contribute to the future of ALAIKA: Participate in the preparation of proposals, sales pitches, and client presentations. Identify and explore potential client opportunities.
• Foster growth in others: Show an interest in personal growth and also support the development of junior employees through mentoring.

Your profile:

• Commitment in all areas: You're passionate about life, your career, and relationships, and it shows in your consistent actions.
• Strong academic and professional background: You've stood out academically and continue to excel in your career.
• Relevant work experience: 5-7 years of full-time professional experience in the insurance sector of a top-tier consultancy and within the DACH or EU corporate insurance domain. Your experience lends itself to understanding industry nuances.
• Demonstrate Expertise: You have a solid track record in contributing to large-scale transformation projects in the domain of Insurance IT & Operations.
• Natural at Relationship Building: Trusted relationships are key – with clients and within the team. Your history showcases your skill at cultivating these relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Languages: Proficiency in both German and English.
• Initiative and Dedication: You take the lead on your projects and are proactive in your approach. Your dedication means you work autonomously, without the need for micromanagement.
• Team before ego: You understand the value of collaboration over individual glory. Your main objective is to contribute to a successful and harmonious team.
• Resilience under Pressure: Challenges energize you. You maintain poise and clarity even when faced with high-pressure situations.
