- Communicate with construction contractors regarding invoicing
- Review construction contractor invoices to ensure agreement terms are being followed correctly
- Knowledge in the proper completion of AIA forms, waivers and retainage
- Proactively analyze and mitigate any contractor billing issues
- Develop and implement finanical controls to eliminate risks
- Understanding of state tax applications and laws regarding construction agreements, cost and budget analysis, including full forecasting of all contractor invoices
- Assist in the on-boarding and training of contractors in the Tesla invoice process, communicate issues with account payables
Anfrage
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Experience with construction billings such as AIA forms, lien waivers, retention, multiple compensation strategies
- Attention to detail and very procedure oriented
- Strong analytical skills relating to cost and forecasting
- Strong communication skills in dealing with construction contractors
