In your new role you will:
- Be the overall responsible for OPEX planning and controlling of the entire Business Line with about 200mEUR cost volume p.a., representing Finance in the respective steering boards
- Effectively partner cross-functionally with personnel in finance and non-finance in order to coordinate and improve key processes, e.g. forecast planning, project planning, cost tracking
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide insights that improve the quality of decision making
- Be an active Business Partner and member of R&D Management Teams
- Collaborate with a diverse automotive team which is spread across Europe
Your Profile
You are committed to the results of Infineon and the ATV Division and can inspire others to pursue common goals. You carefully weigh opportunities and risks against each other and are prepared to take the necessary measures. In doing so, you will take responsibility for common goals and cooperate across disciplines.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in Business Administration or comparable education
- A minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the Automotive area
- Significant experience in OPEX controlling and R&D processes
- Ability to successfully drive cost improvement measures
- Deep know how of data systems in Infineon IT landscape
- Pleasure and experience in interaction with colleagues worldwide
- Very good knowledge in English and in German
