- Maintaining and monitoring duties and charges
- Order management - special orders
- B2B/B2C customer service enquiries, delivery date enquiries
- Article condition maintenance
- Supervision of the returns process
- Invoice verification
- Collaboration in service processes
- Support with projects and special enquiries
- Assistance with catalogue and mailing production
Who we are looking for
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in administration is an advantage
- Confident in using Office programmes and ideally ERP/CRM systems
- Perfect written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, personal responsibility, structured, careful and independent way of working
