Your role:
The main goal of the Carrier Management Specialist role is to assist the Carrier Manager and independently work on creating periodic carrier performance reports, conducting performance analysis, and determining corrective and preventive actions to improve performance. This role also involves measuring carrier performance against agreed targets, taking necessary actions, monitoring progress, and managing the carrier improvement plan.

What will we do together ?
- Build strong relationships with transportation service providers to enhance supply chain success.
- Cooperate closely with the Transport purchasing team.
- Monitor and report carrier service levels.
- Support the client in onboarding new suppliers or clients.
- Assist the DHL team in offering customers cost, service options, or simulation solutions.
- Aid the DHL LLP Operations Team and the customer during major contingency situations, such as transport market capacity scarcity.
Who are we looking for ?
- 2-4 years of experience in the logistics industry, specializing in sea, air, or road transport, preferably as a Transport Planner or Freight Forwarder.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- International business experience is desirable.
