Cartier Europe is a Region built around 7 subsidiaries with a common vision and objectives, enriched by the diversity of each Market.

The Cartier Europe Team and Exco is overseeing the commercial activity of the Maison for the UK, France, Iberia, South-East-Europe, Switzerland, Northern-Europe and Benelux & Nordics Markets.

The team is built on 6 axes:

- High End business development;

- Networks and Omnichannel;

- Retail Experience;

- Operations and Flows;

- Products and Marketing;

- Branding and Client engagement

The position is based in Meyrin, Geneva within our "Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie".

The Campaign Implementation Intern will play a key role in supporting our dynamic Europe Client team in both strategic and client-centric initiatives. This role will focus on implementing Europe Client Activation Campaigns, liaising with HQ, agency and markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the main point of contact with the agency for validation of our campaigns (Regional and Local) and set up of marketing campaigns on Salesforce for one-to-many or one-to-one activations
  • Coordinate with Markets for collection of requirements for Campaigns briefing and validation process to ensure local relevancy
  • Liaise with HQ on all assets needs and business requirements for upcoming Campaigns
  • Refine and translate targeted audiences into valuable Data Extensions using SQL if needed
  • Support the team in optimizing implementation process and ways of working between HQ, Markets and Activation Agency

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Good Knowledge of Salesforce (Marketing Cloud / Service Cloud)
  • Experience in manipulating data & providing actionable insights is a plus (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience working with Project Management tool (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education in numerate discipline like Marketing Analytics, Statistics or Economics
  • Past experience in CRM preferred, working with CRM systems
  • Analytical and detail orientated
  • Proactive with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Dynamic personality, multitasker, flexible, team-oriented, and able to show initiative
  • Accustomed to liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
  • Fluent in English
  • Interest in Fashion or Luxury industry
  • Internship agreement is mandatory
  • Starting date: May 24 (6 months)
