WE RECRUIT:
Enterprise Architecture Project Management Analyst intern to assist the Architecture Office team and roll out some of the fundamental tools required to mange Enterprise architecture. Keep a consistent view on IT portfolio and constantly enrich it through stakeholder meetings and the project. Design processes to increase our efficiency and standardize our operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This internship will allow you to participate to several activity streams and your responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage the rollout of Enterprise architecture tool.
- Learn to configure various aspects of the tool and interact with the vendor for support and clarifications.
- Interact with stakeholders, follow up on feedback and information.
- Host sessions with stakeholders and analyze/correct information.
- Drive meetings according to schedule
- Rigorously update project planning.
- Report on progress and raise issues
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are doing a Master’s degree or are recently graduated (Business or Engineering School) with a strong willingness to enter Project Management
- Conceptual thinker that can analyze abstract topics.
- You are interested by IT, systems analysis, systems design
- You can express yourself in diagrams, UML, BPM, ERD
- You can see the big picture and summarize
- You are effective in managing projects and have a good ability to solve problems.
- You have a strong team spirit, you are proactive, enthusiastic, and not afraid of new challenges.
- Notions and understanding of Enterprise architecture are a big bonus.
