You’re approachable, open-minded, and have a sharp business sense. You know exactly the profile that we’re looking for and understand how vital it is to hire the perfect match. Our recruitment team consists of 35+ colleagues split in four main domains (Technology, Strategy & Analytics, Supply Chain & Operations and Business). In this role you’ll have fun filling diverse roles within the Business domain. You'll work with cross-country hiring teams e.g. Commercial, Customer, HR, Finance, etc. You love to prioritize, organize, and ensure a smooth recruitment process for each applicant.
🎯 What you’ll do
- Find and hire exceptional talent together with your fellow recruiters and sourcers
- Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from CV screening to final negotiation, and give ultra-sharp assessments of skills and a candidate’s potential fit for Picnic
- Build a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding
- Develop innovative strategies to find new talent
⭐ About you
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced international environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Stellar writing, speaking, and listening skills in German and English (any other languages are a plus)
- A passion for people, recruitment, and creating a great candidate experience
- A creative and innovative approach to talent acquisition
