Intro
With a true entrepreneur mindset, you actively shape the success and growth of agap2 Switzerland’s Life Science division. You will manage your own profit center and continuously develop new customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting new employees and managing your own team of consultants.

Tasks
1. Business Development
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (decision makers in the Life Science sector) to ensure long-term professional partnerships and create new networks
- Prepare and negotiate contracts and lead initiatives that the company initiates with target customers
- Key Account Management
2. Global Talent Acquisition
- Source, evaluate and select candidates for supported client projects
- Determine sourcing strategy to attract the right talents for consulting projects
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment process
3. Team Management
- Build and manage a team of engineering consultants working on various industrial projects in Switzerland
- Support cross-divisional, cross-team projects and initiatives to improve the consultant and customer experience
Requirements
- Native speaker in German, or C1 level minimum. Knowledge of Swiss German is a strong plus
- Professional level in English
- Graduate, holding a MSc in Management, Economics or Business Administration. Alternatively, Engineer with a strong appetite for Business Development
- You have between 0-3 years' experience
- Strong interest in Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Engineering
- Strong communication and ability to communicate complex information in simple terms
