What you`ll do 
The Order Execution Manager (f/m/d) oversees the entire execution of the required hardware solution, including hardware procurement, physical installation in the data center, configuration and handover to the customer, ensuring quality control at all stages of the process.

In addition, the position includes other duties such as:

• Efficient management and coordination of multiple build and/or decommissioning tasks running in parallel.
• Collaboration with interdependent departments such as Data Center Management, Order Management, Network, Storage, Server and Back-up teams.
• Ensures an exceptional customer experience for each client.
• Conducts process maturity assessments and proposes ideas for continuous improvement of services provided to clients.
   

What you bring 

• Minimum 2 years experience in leading or supporting product development in IT infrastructure or other comparable industries or in leading complex IT projects as a responsible project manager.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure components.
• Strong consumer/customer focus, high quality of work and results/performance- oriented thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a talented and diverse team.
• Ability to propose and execute practical actions to solve problems.
• Comfortable creating and submitting status reports to management.
• Fluent English is required, good German would be helpful.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices, experience in leading project management initiatives and a passion for best practices and quality standards round off your profile.
