Who You Are

You will be responsible for establishing and building relationships with free-to-play mobile in-app publishers that utilize ad monetization to generate revenue. You will identify new business opportunities with EMEA-based mobile publishers, with a main focus on France and Turkey.

This position can be filled in a hybrid setup in Berlin and Hamburg, or remotely in Germany.

What Will You Do

  • Manage an entire sales cycle from inception to deal closure, including: prospecting new partnerships, leading discovery calls, deal evaluation, creating proposals, contract negotiation, and successful onboarding with Sales Engineering & Account Management

  • Work closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Ad Operations, and Yield Management to build a successful long-term partnership plan

  • Identifying the needs of mobile in-app publishers from discovery meetings and using these insights to influence the product roadmap

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth

  • Represent Verve Group at industry events throughout Europe

Job requirements

What Will You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in selling and servicing clients with digital media solutions

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with large publisher partners in the mobile (advertising) industry

  • Experience in the programmatic advertising landscape as well as mobile in-app ad mediation / ad networks

  • Strong understanding of current trends, patterns, and events in the mobile marketing industry

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English are a must

  • Working proficiency in French or Turkish is a great plus

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal skills

  • User Acquisition experience is a plus but not required
