Your contribution to TenneT

• Leadership in setting up and driving scouting activities to identify trends, approaches, instruments and potential partners with a fit into the portfolios of digital or flexibility, partnerships, participations and projects
• Development of new opportunities for interaction with market parties (e.g. TSOs, DSOs, flexibility service providers) across sectors facilitating and addressing future market needs
• Development of new anddata-driven business opportunities for TenneT by ideating on and piloting new concepts with external parties (e.g. universities, research institutes and industry partners) addressing future business needs
• Developing and driving of major initiatives with focus on digital and flexibility in Germany and the Netherlands.
• Participation in relevant digital and flexibility working groups/meetings with market partners, associations, authorities
• Active stakeholder management (internally and externally) incl. management of partnerships, participations and projects with focus on new business opportunities in digital and flexibility in Germany and the Netherlands
• Identification and analysis of aspired participations or partnerships with respect to needed competencies and resources to achieve digital goals
• Defining portfolio objectives and approach to achieve digital and flex goal
• Effective reporting to decision making bodies

Your profile and background

• Master degree/Ph.D. in Engineering, Business administration or comparable degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited college or university
• High level of goal and result orientation as well as personal initiative
• High level of analytical skills
• Good understanding of the energy industry
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Distinct stakeholder management skills
• Excellent German and English skills
• Experienced in/good working knowledge of MS-Office
