Reporting to the Service Division Manager, you will play a key local role in the commercial deployment (volume and pricing according to applications, market segments and sales channels) of our Digital Solutions, while representing customer needs to your factory contacts.You will be the technical contact responsible for qualifying them for customers.
Your responsibilities
- Technical data monitoring, analysis and customer advice
- Assisting sales and Marcom teams in the launch of new solutions.
- Participating in strategy definition.
- Supporting the production and translations of technical and sales documentation.
- Carrying out appropriate training (technical and application) for the sales force, whether itinerant or sedentary.
- Promoting and prescribing our solutions through customer visits, trade fairs and events.
- Supporting the sales force by analyzing the market (needs, competition, etc.) and identifying new customers and their potential.
- Participating in technical support for strategic customers (OEMs, framework contracts, etc.)
Your background
- At least 3 years' higher education in electrical engineering and an aptitude for sales.
- At least 5 years' experience in industry.
- Experience in Digital Solutions and knowledge of electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in managing project costs, schedules and suppliers/subcontractors.
- No barriers to travel (1-2 per week).
- Fluent English and French required.
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
