As an assistant to the UK and Lloyd’s Distribution Team you will be directly working with Coverholder & Alternative Distribution Development Team. You will perform support activities associated with new business, renewals, maintenance of the accounts and on models and systems. You will utilize your strong communication and relationship building skills as you work closely with the Distribution Team, brokers and various functions and departments within the company.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
· Premium management – currency apportionment
· Completion of BAM / LAM monitoring.
· Commission adjustments.
· Endorsement titling and filing (in Portfolio deals file).
· Support operational and data aspects of digital / tech / operational efficiency projects such as Structured Data Capture, and use of new insurer/broker platforms
· Facilities Dashboard data improvements, including automating the data refresh.
· Monitor use of and build better reliability of BPS flag on frame and Genius.
· Produce regular reports for brokers / underwriters / team to support engagement and optimization
· Broker Service Agreement analytics - maintain clear financial stats on in force BSAs and be able to report trends.
· Track use of SMBs (subscription market brokerage) on facility business.
· Support for reconciliation process – identifying written risks and their net premiums.
· Regular engagement with Macquarie Operational team.
· Reporting of Macquarie business stats and segmentation.
· Ad-hoc troubleshooting.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
· Advanced Reporting Skills (the person is going to work on big data (Access; VBA is a must); Power BI could be beneficial too.
· Analytical skills would be beneficial for the person to be able to pick up errors/ data quality issues.
· Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with senior stakeholders within a matrix organization.
· Great work organization and discipline as we won’t have a set list of responsibilities and schedule of work, ability to prioritize own work, flexibility.
· Open minded and proactive.
· Solution and execution driven.
· Able to design, review and ensure accuracy and consistency of data reports used throughout all internal and external reporting processes, establishing key reports that will monitor success.
· Good communicator: excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external clients.
· Confident to initiate and challenge ideas with senior internal and external stakeholders.
· TheFrame knowledge and basic Genius knowledge will be additional asset.
