Reporting to the European Operations Manager, you will work as part of a high performing Renewals team, providing excellent customer and retention services to AXA Global Healthcare clients on all aspects of our international Private Medical Insurance products and services.
What you can expect from the role:
The Direct Renewals Team is responsible for retaining existing customers on behalf of AXA Global Healthcare to individuals. The ideal candidate will need to be fluent in French and English to provide excellent customer service to AXA Global Healthcare customers.
What you will be doing:
• Offering the best renewal terms, you will ensure customer needs are met while achieving your Individual targets
• Negotiating cover on International Private Medical insurance to high-net-worth customers and expats Globally, in both French and English
• Achieving monthly and annual targets
• Working with internal stakeholders to obtain best outcomes for our customers
• You will be responsible for growth in the portfolio
Your Profile
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an office environment
• Fluency in French and English
• Passionate about working as part of a team who are responsible for delivering on their promises
• Target driven/results oriented
• Accurate and reliable, as well as dependable and accountable
• Confident, with a pleasant and professional communication style
• Keen to learn and grow in the role
• Strong attention to detail.
• As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in Ireland full-time and traveling to the UK for training purposes
