Job Description

For our Research & Development center in Kronberg we are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant.

This position is no management position and does not require a university degree.

YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business. Should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications, calendar management, and coordinating travel and business meetings.

  • Supports the business as an office administrator for the Senior Director Oral Care R&D, the lead team, and beyond, through proactive project management, enabling other team members to perform their tasks.

  • Strong Collaboration & interpersonal skills: The applicant's success and that of the department requires building effective working relationships and collaboration. Duties include calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and leading budget tracking. Seeking someone with passion for building culture and a positive working environment within the organization.

  • Preferably experience with Budget Management: Working knowledge to strengthen or proficiency in P&G applications (Coupa, SAP, etc.). Comfort in working in excel tracking documents to manage team forecasts and relevant details.

  • Coordinates department functions, monitors operational data, creates spreadsheets, word documents, and PowerPoint presentations, prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

  • Event planner for meetings and larger events, attends meetings, and takes notes/minutes.

  • Manages and orders supplies, office materials for conference rooms, lobby supplies, etc., utilizing ProCard.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or higher preferred

  • Secretarial or Administrative Assistant experience required

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office software.

  • Experience with handling confidential data.

  • Comfortable in busy fast-paced environment
