Responsibility description:
1. Responsible for local administrative support: work material procurement, work asset management, work vehicle docking, assisting employees in process submission, employee material submission, express delivery, etc.
2, responsible for the local work room property management: management of the working environment, workplace water and electricity management, property cleaning docking, staff accommodation resource management and coordination.
3. Responsible for organizing regular dinners for overseas employees, Health Checkup arrangements, irregular health activities, irregular afternoon tea, etc.
4, responsible for the headquarters to undertake administrative planning and overall planning, the implementation of festival welfare distribution.
5, with Germany local administrative resources and administrative experience is preferred, with strong communication skills, and execution ability.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in unified recruitment, with more than one year of experience in Germany administration.
2. German and English can be used as working languages.
3. Good attitude, strong sense of responsibility, ability to solve emergencies and communication.
4. Strong learning ability, integrity and pragmatism, willing to continuously expand their boundaries.
