Your mission

We are looking for a talented and competitive Account Executive to join our team and help us grow our expansion in the DACH markets.

  • Generate sales among leads generated from inbound and outbound sources
  • Manage multiple customer opportunities at once keeping a high level of attention to detail
  • Expertly demonstrate mlean products to potential clients
  • Perform demonstrative workshops in clients’ premises whenever is needed
  • Identify customer needs, matching them with product features and benefits
  • Communicates client needs and demands to mlean product team
  • Prepare and send economic proposals and explain them to the customers
  • Attend trade fairs and develop generated leads
  • Build accurate forecasting
  • Develop champions, stakeholders mind-share, at any level of the hierarchy
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Your profile
  • Proven sales experience in DACH (+4 years)
  • Demonstrated background in selling SaaS and/or PaaS solutions and/or selling manufacturing solutions
  • Experience managing a diverse pipeline across multiple industries
  • Ability to operate and develop deals/upsells through corporations
  • Experience in preparing commercial proposals
  • Languages: German native speaker and fluent business English
  • Experience working with Hubspot is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Well organized with highly effective time management skills
  • Assertive, persistent, and self-motivated
  • Proactive and goal-oriented
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
