The purpose of this role is to support the Standard Marketing Collateral team in the production and maintenance of product presentations and other product related literature as required, interacting with teams around the globe.
What you will do
- Monthly and quarterly updating of key marketing fund/strategy presentations
- Communicating with Product Specialists and Portfolio Managers regarding data/ information requirements
- Ordering reports from our data provider/ managing relationship with data provider
- Using internal tools and platforms to source relevant data/information
- Updating presentations with all relevant data/information, including performance, risk corporate data personnel, AuM etc.
- Uploading and approving content toour internal systems
- Proof reading of fund presentations/Marketing Collateral
- Dealing with third parties/external agencies
- Creating or redesigning presentation slides
- Managing the Compliance process for the approval and publishing of Marketing Collateral
- Clearly communicating status updates to team members and counterparts
- Management of daily tasks and duties in a timely fashion, ensuring a high standard is maintained
- Assisting with project tasks
- Managing translation process
What you bring
- MS PPT, Excel – intermediate level at minimum
- Time management
- Ability to communicate clearly, including communicating challenges and issues as they arise
- Team player
- Languages: Fluent/Strong English and German required
- Keen attention to detail
- Understanding of and interest in Marketing, Finance and the Asset Management industry
