YOUR TASKS

• You coordinate a wide variety of topics from the license area (from determining requirements to ordering and archiving) with contact persons from different departments and levels, e.g. IT, Purchasing, Legal, Controlling
• You support the continuous improvement of our operational license management processes
• You are responsible for the documentation, filing and archiving of current and new software contracts
• You support the introduction of a software asset management tool (input and transfer of commercial data and mapping of usage data)

YOUR PROFILE

• You are an enrolled student, ideally in a degree program with a business, legal, humanities, computer science or comparable focus
• As a plus, you may have already completed training as an IT systems administrator or IT specialist
• You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner
• You see new topics not only as a challenge, but also as an opportunity for further development
• You contribute your own ideas for improving processes
• You have good communication skills, the ability to work in a team and assertiveness
• You have an affinity for the IT sector (focus on client/server) and an interest in new technologies
• You are familiar with the common MS Office programs and can quickly familiarize yourself with the operation of other systems (ERP, contract archive, etc.)
