Job description

• Teamwork is dreamwork: You provide operational and strategic support to the R&D leadership team across multiple initiatives
• Organizational talent: You will facilitate and support the coordination of events, meetings and deliverables across projects, multiple locations and time zones
• Inform your colleagues: You prepare and support both routine and strategic reports, presentation materials, and other complex documents in the area of R&D and Project Management
• Take responsibility: You research and analyze information into executive material for leadership decisions
• Keep up to date: You maintain the content on different team platforms

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Engineering Management, Technology Management or similar
• Experience: You already gained first experiences in Project Management or project office
• Interests: You would like to work and cooperate with international teams and multiple worldwide locations
• Skills: You have gathered experience in the planning, organization, implementation, tracking and reporting of projects
• Language skills: You have fluent English skills and provide strong communication skills

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, Working Student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
