You will be joining a technologically adept team that boasts excellent skills in the omnichannel eCom and fulfillment area and has already demonstrated its range of know-how at REWE digital. Utilizing agile work methods, we are now putting this experience to use in the development of a state-of-the-art platform. We will be helping retailers in all sectors to link their store networks to their online businesses in order to create the perfect omnichannel shopping experience for their customers.

What the job offers you:
- You create and update test cases in coordination with our UX / UI team and the product team
- You will be responsible for the organization and support the scheduling and internal recruiting of test persons for our conceptual tests
- You manage the execution of the tests (ideally on site at our office) and record the results for the next steps
- Together with our UX / UI team, you will also manage the evaluation and analysis of the test results
- You create and maintain our user personas
- Trust, transparency and open communication are particularly important to us when working with you
- With us, you will work autonomously, in an agile manner and in cross-functional teams from day one
What you bring to the job:
- You have initial experience in User Research
- You speak German at native speaker level and are also fluent in English
- You have a passion for user-oriented design
- You also like to proactively contribute your own ideas and are curious and enjoy new challenges and solutions
- Initial knowledge of agile product development (Scrum / Kanban) is an advantage
