Your area of responsibility

• Analyze target audiences and trends on TikTok and Instagram in the health and wellness sector
• Support the marketing team in developing creative content strategies to enhance medisana’s presence on these platforms
• Independently create engaging and audience-specific content (videos, reels etc.) for TikTok and Instagram
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos
• Actively engage with the community, respond to comments and messages
• Help to identify matching influencers to promote medisana products
• Continuously monitor Social Media Content to measure the effectiveness of Social Media activities
• Support in planning and executing Social Media campaigns on medisana’s platforms
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive brand message

That distinguishes you

• Enrolled student in Marketing, Communication, Media, or related fields
• Passion for Social Media with a deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram
• Creativity and the ability to independently create content as well as edit the content with common video editing programs or apps
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Good understanding of Social Media marketing and content creating principles
• Analytical thinking and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Fluent in German and English language
