What you'll do
 

• Understand SAP.iO reporting systems and manage necessary updates, provide trainings and support team members
• Support the creation of reports to management and local teams monthly & quarterly.
• Track and report on global team OKRs and help prepare QBR decks for management calls.
• Manage projects relating to SAP.iO operations
• Review and edit data input in the SAP.iO reporting system
• Assist in updating team documents and playbooks with guidance from local Foundry teams and your manager
• Gather feedback from colleagues on improvements, create improvement overview document on suggestions and assist in making improvement changes as directed.
• Assist the management team with with financial budgeting
   

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Information Technology, Information Sciences, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or similar
• Project Management skills
• Proficient with communication and presentation tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.)
• Computer skills: have an initial software development background, Python, Javascript and nodejs experience is a plus
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
