What you'll do

 As a Working Student (f/m/d), you will support two senior managers and their departments in Product Management with assistance activities. Among other things, the focus is on the following activities:

• Management of Outlook calendar and Outlook Inbox
• Independent organization of meetings and events
• Creation of internal and external presentations
• Support with travel planning
• Staffing of resources and cost reporting

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business administration, business informatics
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken German and English 
• Soft skills: Self-organized, motivated, conscientious, pragmatic, reliable and results-oriented  
• Others: Experience in assistant activities is a plus
