What you'll do

We are seeking highly motivated and talented student to support our development team as a Working Student.  Are you interested in using state-of-the-art technologies, work with SAP’s innovative Business Technology Platform, and build software that users love? Then we would be thrilled to get to know you.

As a Full Stack Developer  – Working Student (f/m/d) at Value Services, you will

• Be integrated part of our agil development team
• Take over responsibility and implementation of user stories & tasks
• Analyze and solve issues in existing and new code
• Research and prototype potential extensions to existing services
• Be supported by experienced colleagues, who are open to share knowledge and experiences.

Because we like to have a stable and reliable team, we expect an minimum employment duration of 6 month.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: computer science
• Required Computer skills:  
  • TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Angular/component-based web framework
  • Github
  • HTML/CSS
• Beneficial Computer skills:  
  • experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g. SAP BTP, AWS, Azure, GCP, …)
  • container technologies (Docker, K8s)
  • Scrum/agile development
  • ABAP OO
  • SQL/data bases
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: team player, willing to take over responsibility

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
