• Support the Workday Reporting Team (located in Munich or Erlangen) for our Spain/Portugal department in recurrent administrative and organizational tasks
• Support in responding and resolving tickets related to workday reports
• Prepare training materials and align with internal stakeholders on the content
• Learn about how workday reports are created and used in a global organization
• Have your own area of responsibility within the team

What you need to make real what matters.

• You study in a German university/college long-term (preferably Munich or Erlangen) and persue a degree that shows any relation to the responsibilities above
• You have excellent skills in MS Office (PP, Excel, Word)
• You have ideally already experience with Workday or other HR Applications (SAP, Oracle,…) and Jira
• You are an open-minded, curious person that confronts problems head on with a logical, problem-solving mindset
• You are able to speak English on a professional level
