Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will script and create multi-media content formats in English that highlight topics related to Digital Customer Experience for our internal communication (e.g., news articles, blogs, project updates)
- You will use your research skills to search for new potential stories
- Your regular activities include coordinating with all relevant stakeholders in our organization to align, obtain, and generate relevant content
- You will review and edit material produced by stakeholders
- You will conduct editorial research into topics connected to Digital Marketing
- You will devise content communication strategies to increase web visits for internal articles (e.g., internal social media platforms) and you may organize interviews with internal stakeholders

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor course, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Media, Languages or Liberal Arts
- You have already gained prior internship/work experience in content marketing, context marketing, journalism or as a freelance writer
- You have a thorough comprehension of digital marketing, and are familiar with the latest trends
- Image editing, video creation, illustrator and graphic design skills as well as knowledge of content management systems are a plus
- You understand the importance of building reach and can think of format series to continuously create internal awareness and interest for our services
Your attributes and skills:
- You possess outstanding written, editorial and communications capabilities in English, and take pleasure in creating content
- You have a passion for communication and media creation
- You are a creative problem-solver, able to work both independently and collaboratively
- You have a global mindset and a keen interest in learning new things
- You have exceptional attention to detail, even when operating under tight deadlines
- You are results-oriented, with the ability to work quickly and flexibly
- You are a friendly person and have a customer-focused personality
