As a Working Student in our Wind Turbine Generator Engineering team you will support our international Wind Turbine Experts in their daily work and make a valuable contribution to the team's success. As you will be collaborating with internal stakeholders on a global level, you will learn about how our business operates and also gain technical know-how in the wind business.
Your tasks
- Support Turbine Engineers in Wind Turbine drivetrain topics
- Support of the data acquisition strategy for different Wind Turbine main components
- Support and develop ideas for digital transformation initiatives in accordance with our digital transformation roadmap
- Learn about different Wind Turbine technologies and help the team with your newly acquired knowledge
- General support of the team in engineering and administrative topics
Your profile
- Bachelor or master student of an engineering discipline, preferably mechanical engineering
- Ideally, first experience in the application of gearings, bearings and lubricants through internships or Working Student activities
- Basic knowledge in data analytics and data connection also in context of Machine learning/AI use cases
- High level of initiative, reliability and strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Very good command of written and spoken English and no inhibition to use it regularly in an international professional environment
- Very good communication skills and a confident manner
- Good MS Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new IT tools
- You enjoy modern engineering work in an international company at the core of the energy transition
