As Working Student Business Operations - Real Estate (f/m/d) in Berlin, you will be part of our Wunderflats Plus team and help us to continue the healthy growth of our company.
YOUR MISSION
- Deliver top-tier service to our valued tenants and maintain the excellence of our rental properties.
- Facilitate seamless communication between tenants, landlords, and service providers, ensuring a harmonious rental experience.
- Take responsibility for all operational processes in the rental of furnished flats and work with the latest technology solutions to make your work easier.
- Expand our property portfolio by consistently adding new flats and crafting digital handover protocols and enticing property listings.
- During the workweek (Monday to Friday), you'll help with flat handovers, coordinating key transfers, managing appointments with external service providers, and conducting property viewings.
- Support the team in setting up processes and optimising quality and efficiency.
YOUR PROFILE
- As a registered student with a passion for Real Estate or a desire to gain experience in this dynamic field, you bring a unique perspective and eagerness to learn.
- You have convincing organisational skills, are reliable and meet deadlines.
- You approach new people in a confident and friendly manner and are convincing both in person and on the phone through fast and precise communication.
- Your adaptability and independent, service-oriented work ethic make you a valuable asset, as you seamlessly navigate new situations and challenges.
- Your vibrant enthusiasm and creativity are complemented by your hands-on approach, ensuring that you work diligently and conscientiously in your designated area of responsibility.
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
