- Preprocessing: You compile data from our XENON platform and our CRM system (Hubspot), clean and sort it and prepare it for analysis
- Analysis: You systematically evaluate the data to derive reliable figures to answer questions from our product, sales and marketing teams
- Communication: You prepare the results of your analyses in such a way that they are easy to understand and communicate – for internal use, client communication and/or marketing purposes
- Reporting: You will be responsible for the regular and autonomous creation of automated BI reports, dashboards and analyses via Metabase
This is how you and your application stand out
- You ideally study in the fields of business informatics, data science or comparable fields
- You know Python (especially Pandas) and are familiar with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets and ideally with a BI tool (we use Metabase)
- You are an enthusiastic analyst and see yourself as a "number cruncher”
- First experiences with Google Analytics and Hubspot are an advantage - but not a must-have
- You are interested in renewable energy and can quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics
- You show initiative and actively drive topics forward, in line with our gridX mentality "Get shit done!"
- Very good English skills round off your profile
