Your journey will take you through the fascinating world of our department, where you will deal with database administration, server-side applications and networked cloud technology. Your mission: Take control of the evolution of our backend and build the bridge to a seamless connection between people and technology.

Your Tasks:

• The development and implementation of highly scalable backend systems based on various AWS services
• Development of CI/CD pipelines for the automation of test and release processes
• Use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for the automatic creation and management of resources
• Development of test strategies, active monitoring of tests and derivation of optimization measures to ensure outstanding quality

Necessary Skills:

• Advanced degree in computer science or engineering, ideally with a focus on backend development
• Solid programming skills in Typescript/Javascript, Python or Java and the willingness to continuously expand your knowledge
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes and Docker is desirable in order to develop innovative and scalable solutions
• Optional: Knowledge of deep learning methods in the NLP or computer vision area
• Analytical thinking and the ability to work independently and autonomously to develop creative solutions
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
