Als WerkstudentIn im Bereich Active Sourcing & Recruiting hilfst Du nicht nur unseren Hotels zu wachsen, sondern hast selbst die Möglichkeit über Dich hinauszuwachsen! Getreu dem Motto „think out of the box“ unterstützt Du durch die proaktive Ansprache von KandidatInnen unsere Hotels dabei die besten Talente zu finden und für sich zu begeistern.
Zu Deinen wichtigsten Aufgaben gehören u. a.:
Definition & Analyse von Zielgruppen für die relevanten Märkte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager.
Um neue Talente zu gewinnen, bist Du für die Identifikation und Direktansprache potenzieller Kandidaten über LinkedIn und Social Media zuständig.
Koordination & Führen von Erstgesprächen mit potenziellen KandidatInnen sowie Koordination des weiteren Bewerbungsprozesses mit den Hotels.
Erstellung von Employer Branding Materialien für die Direktansprache.
Aufbau eines Talent Pools über LinkedIn.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager & den lokalen HR Teams.
Be able:
Das Wichtigste zuerst: Du begeisterst Dich für das Thema Recruiting und möchtest Deine innovativen Ideen in die Praxis umsetzen.
Du bist aktuell in einer Hochschule eingeschrieben & möchtest praktische Berufserfahrung sammeln.
Du bist proaktiv und hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
