Role Overview:
As a Werkstudent in B2B Community Marketing, you're crucial to advancing our vision, engaging our audience, and highlighting our platform's strengths. Ideal for a quick learner eager to contribute, this role offers a deep dive into our vibrant startup environment under the Managing Director's mentorship. You'll collaborate closely with our product and sales teams to synchronize strategies.
Responsibilities:
Social Medi, Community Engagement & Content Creation:
- Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence and explore new channels to engage our ideal customer.
- Drive community engagement, fostering a positive environment.
- Help create engaging content using tools like Canva, Webflow, and HubSpot.
- Create 2-8 posts per month, including copywriting and designing creatives using tools like Canva.
Website Management and Analytics:
- Manage our Webflow site, involving content management.
- Learn and apply SEO and website performance analytics tools to continuously improve Google Search results and content performance.
Event Coordination Assistance:
- Support in organizing and executing 2-6 annual events, including conferences and webinars.
- Evaluate event outcomes for continuous improvement.
Email Marketing:
- Craft compelling email campaigns via HubSpot, driving community engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage CRM (HubSpot) and implement marketing automations to maintain healthy community engagement.
Freelance Project Assistance:
- Collaborate with freelancers to align projects with our mission, ensure timely delivery and within budget.
Sales Enablement Support:
- Support in developing strategies to engage our community and drive leads.
Industry Research:
- Stay updated on trends in logistics, sustainability, and B2B marketing.
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- Currently a 3rd or 4th-year Bachelor student or a Master's student in Communications, Marketing, or Sustainability Marketing/Management.
- Experience with social media management, content creation & management, design, and brand marketing.
Skills & Characteristics:
- Strong project management and content creation skills.
- Strong communication abilities in English, German proficiency is a plus.
- A curious mindset, open to exploring innovative marketing strategies.
- Interest in AI and modern marketing technologies.
- Experience managing CRM (i.e. HubSpot) and content creation/design (i.e. Canva)
- Eager to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Flexibility & Supervision:
- 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Direct supervision and mentorship from the Managing Director
