ABB Drives Estonia in Jüri is looking for a Warranty Service Trainee, who will be responsible for handling customer service tasks with best quality in the shortest possible time to ensure that customer satisfaction maintains on an excellent level. Your weekly working time will be agreed on a flexible basis to fit your studies, the average being 20 hours per week.

Your responsibilities

• Flawless order handling and customer relationship management to ensure the satisfaction of ABB internal and external customers
• Managing expectations in local sales units on case handling and other to support them
• Make effort to achieve agreed team KPI targets
• Be open to gaining new experience and knowledge

Your background

• Ability to complete tasks independently and systematically with attention to details
• Self-motivated, comfortable working in a team environment or on your own
• Customer-oriented mindset and Can-do attitude
• Good in the English language
