We are looking for a Warranty Project Manager to ABB Oy, Marine & Ports Division, Marine Propulsion, Large Azipod® in Vuosaari, Helsinki. Working within the warranty team provides an excellent opportunity to comprehend customer needs and engage with various technical aspects that span the entire spectrum of Large Azipod® supply. As a Warranty Project Manager, your primary responsibility is to deliver technical solutions ensuring optimal customer satisfaction within budget constraints during the warranty period. You will delegate tasks to the Warranty Team to expedite the identification of the best technical solutions within a short response time. Additionally, you will provide constructive feedback to Technology, Production, and Projects to enhance product quality and elevate customer satisfaction.Our culture and benefits reflect our values: courage, care, curiosity and collaboration. Your responsibilities

• Managing after-sales activities for Large Azipod® projects
• Budget responsibility for Warranty Projects
• Collaborating with Warranty Engineers to devise technical solutions
• Occasional international travel to meet with customers

Your background

• A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant field
• Demonstrated technical competence in automation, mechanical, or electrical engineering
• Previous experience in project management, service, or the shipping business
• A systematic and independent approach to work
• A positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills; proficiency in Finnish is considered an advantage
• Ability to work seamlessly in a multicultural business environment
• Demonstrated patience, thoroughness, and efficiency in daily work practices
• A sense of urgency and the ability to motivate partners to promptly and cost-efficiently resolve warranty commitments
