VIE Production Improvement Engineer (m/f/d)

As VIE Production Improvement Engineer you will be an expert in the Faurecia Excellence System (FES) to provide expertise and improve all processes in the plant (Health Safety Environment, Quality, EE, Logistics and Production System). Based on 11 lean manufacturing principles you will contribute to achieve operational business targets and get insights in all production processes in the plant.

The role:

• Provide, according to the needs, FES knowledge and skills to the plant team through training, coaching and education
• Participle to FES Principles in Programs from design stage (lean process design, MIFD, validation of Equipment design, cardboard workshop activities, Standardized Work ,OHP, process layout, packaging, etc..).
• Contribute to deploy FES culture at Supervisors & GAP Leader level
• Propose and promote best practices within the Plant (FES Network)

What we are looking for:

• Master degree in Business or Engineering
• Ability to train and coach within the plant
• Ability to master change
• Understand basic P&L and operational levers
• Fluent English language knowledge: written and spoken
• German Language Skills (Basic) is a plus
