Als Sales Agent in unserem mobile store auf der Base der U.S Army, tauchst du in die amerikanische Kultur ein und das, ohne das Land zu verlassen.

Unser Shop befindet sich in der Shopping Mall der Base in Grafenwöhr – auch der Food Corner für die Mittagspause ist nicht weit.

• Gemeinsam mit deinem Team kümmerst du dich mit Leidenschaft um unsere amerikanischen Kunden im Shop
• Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Kunden, die gerade auf der Base angekommen sind – denn um im neuen Land zu kommunizieren, brauchen sie zuerst einen Mobilfunkvertrag! Hierzu berätst du sie sicher zu den Produkten aller Mobilfunkanbieter (bspw. Telekom, Vodafone oder 02) und bekannten Hardwarehersteller
• Kundenservice wird in Amerika groß geschrieben- du hast bei jeglichen Anfragen rund um unser Mobilfunkportfolio stets den Servicegedanken im Kopf
• Dein Verkaufstalent zeichnet sich darin aus, automatisch Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen und kreativ neue Ideen bei der Umsetzung von Verkaufsaktionen zu entwickeln
• Durch deine Affinität zur Technik verlierst du nie den Überblick in unserem Aktivierungssystem

As a sales agent in our mobile store on the base of the U.S. Army, you can experience the American culture without leaving the country.

Our store is located in the shopping mall of the base - the Food Corner for the lunch break is also close to us.

• You will work together with your team to service our customers in the store enthusiastically
• You are the first point of contact for all customers who arrived on base - because to communicate in the new country, customers first need a mobile phone contract! You will advise them on the products of all mobile phone providers (e.g. Telekom, Vodafone or 02) and popular hardware manufacturers.
• Customer service is very important in America - You will always remember to keep the service concept in mind whenever you receive questions about offers, tariffs and technology
• Your sales talent is characterized by automatically recognizing customer needs and creatively developing new ideas for the implementation of sales campaigns
• With your affinity for technology, you never lose the overview in our activation systems

• Du bist ein Verkaufstalent und hast verfügst über eine hohe Serviceorientierung
• Idealerweise hast du erste vertriebliche Erfahrungen sammeln können – wünschenswert ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne mit Schwerpunkt der Telekommunikation oder Medien?
• Für dich steht die Kundenzufriedenheit an 1. Stelle? Super, bei uns nämlich auch! Ein tiefes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse unserer anspruchsvollen amerikanischen Kunden zu haben, ist was dir jeden Tag Spaß bereitet.
• Deine offene und sympathische Art bietet den Grundstein, um unsere Kunden für unsere erklärungsbedürftigen Produkte zu begeistern.
• Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich und selbstständig.
• Du verfügst über eine sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit und beherrschst die englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift. Deine Deutschkenntnisse sollten sich mindestens auf dem Sprachniveau B1 befinden

• Ideally, you have gained initial sales experience - preferably a commercial apprenticeship, preferably with a focus on telecommunications or media?
• For you, customer satisfaction comes first? That's fantastic, for us as well! To have a deep understanding of the needs of our American clients is what you enjoy doing every day
• Your open and friendly manner offers the foundation to inspire our customers for our products in need of explanation
• You enjoy working independently and on your own responsibility ?
• You have very good verbal skills and a good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.Your German language skills need to be at a minimum of B1 level
